A celebration of traditional Appalachian foodways, packed with locally raised meats, fresh eggs, seasonal produce, and wildflowers. Everything is grown and gathered at Carlton Hill Farm.

1. Rabbit Edition – $40
Includes:
1 whole dressed rabbit (approx. 3 lbs, raw, frozen)
1 dozen chicken eggs or 2 dozen quail eggs
A balanced selection of seasonal produce
A hand-tied bouquet of fresh wildflowers
This version centers on our signature rabbit and makes a great meal for slow cooking, roasting, or stewing.
2. Quail Edition – $30
Includes:
1 pair of whole quail (raw, frozen)
1 dozen chicken eggs or 2 dozen quail eggs
1 pair of quail egg scissors
A balanced selection of seasonal produce
A hand-tied bouquet of fresh wildflowers
A lighter take on local meats, this version brings something a little different to the table without straying from our roots.
