Young Roots Collective Interest Form

Thanks for your interest in the Young Roots Collective, a grow-at-home donation program from Carlton Hill Farm.

This initiative gives local kids a chance to grow food at home and donate everything they harvest to families in need. We’ll provide each participant with a grow bag, soil, seeds, and simple instructions. The farm keeps none of the harvest. All of it goes straight to local families through The Giving Harvest.
