Carlton Hill Farm is a small, producer-direct farm raising rabbit and quail, collecting eggs, and growing seasonal produce and flowers. We handle production from start to finish on our farm and offer food in limited quantities based on seasonal availability.

We operate without middlemen, distributors, or forced scale. Animals are raised and processed on-farm. Produce and flowers are grown and harvested in season. Everything we offer reflects what the land and labor allow.

Our goal is simple: real food, produced responsibly, sold directly, and priced fairly.
