Carlton Hill Farm Harvest Club Terms & Conditions

Membership Overview:
By joining the Carlton Hill Farm Harvest Club, you receive exclusive access to seasonal perks, early product access, discounts, and member-only updates.
Membership is valid for one full calendar year (12 months) from the date you sign up and does not auto-renew.

Welcome Gift (Garden Box):
Each membership includes one Garden Box filled with seasonal vegetables grown by us. Garden Boxes are available starting with our first harvests, typically in June. Members must pick up their Garden Box during the designated pickup window; no alternate arrangements or replacements are guaranteed if missed.

Dirty Dollar Coupons:
Each membership includes five $5 Dirty Dollar coupons ($25 total value).

  • Coupons can be used on any Carlton Hill Farm product during regular farm stand hours.

  • No change is given. Each $5 coupon must be used in full at the time of purchase.

  • Coupons can be gifted to others but are treated like cash — if lost or stolen, they are not replaced.

  • Coupons must be used within your active membership year.

Priority Access to Products:
Harvest Club members receive early access to limited-run items, including rabbit meat, specialty produce, seasonal meats, and flower varieties.
Early access windows (such as 48-hour preorder windows) are announced by email or at the farm stand. Availability is not guaranteed and is based on seasonal production.

Egg Subscription Option:
Members are eligible to opt into a weekly chicken or quail egg subscription (while supplies last).

  • Subscriptions are optional.

  • Eggs are reserved weekly but paid for at pickup — no upfront payment required.

  • Members must notify us in advance if skipping a week (for vacation or other needs).

  • If pickups are missed repeatedly without notice, Carlton Hill Farm may, at our discretion, cancel the subscription and offer the spot to the next person on the waiting list.

  • Harvest Club discounts apply to subscribed eggs.

Member-Only Discounts:
All Harvest Club members receive 10% off Carlton Hill Farm products purchased at the farm stand or online.

  • At the farm stand, members must provide their name and confirm Harvest Club status at checkout.

  • For online orders, members will receive a unique discount code, provided at the time of Dirty Dollar pickup.

  • Discounts apply to listed prices at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

  • Discount codes are assigned to individual members and should not be shared beyond your designated alternate.

Alternate Pickup Policy:
Each Harvest Club membership may include one alternate person designated by the member.
The alternate is allowed to:

  • Pick up preorders, products, and Dirty Dollars

  • Shop at the farm stand using the 10% membership discount

  • Use Dirty Dollar coupons associated with the membership

Alternate designations must be provided to Carlton Hill Farm in writing (email or at the stand) and will remain in place for the full membership year unless otherwise updated by the member.
We are not responsible for any misuse of membership benefits once an alternate is assigned.

Early Event Access:
Members receive early sign-up opportunities for any farm events, workshops, or special sales we choose to offer.
Participation is optional.
Event availability is not guaranteed and varies year to year.

Behind-the-Scenes Updates:
Members will receive a quarterly email update featuring farm news, exclusive recipes, and previews of upcoming seasonal offerings.
Email addresses provided at signup will be used for communication.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We want you to feel good about being part of the Harvest Club.
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to cancel and request a full refund anytime before you pick up your Dirty Dollars.
Once Dirty Dollars have been picked up or distributed, memberships are considered final for the year.
This gives you a fair window to be certain, without locking you into something you don't want for 12 months.

Farm Stand Hours and Weather Policy:
The farm stand is open Wednesday–Friday 3 PM–7 PM, Saturday 9 AM–2 PM, and Sunday 11 AM–2 PM.
Hours are subject to change due to weather, sellouts, farm needs, or other circumstances.
We’ll communicate any changes as best we can, with real-time updates posted on our social media pages.
