Carlton Hill Farm Stand: Fresh, Local, and Straight from the Farm
Even with a dusting of snow on the ground today, we’re excited to announce the upcoming Carlton Hill Farm Stand, where you’ll be able to pick up fresh, locally raised food and farm products without needing to coordinate a pickup. This stand will make it even easier to access everything grown and raised at Carlton Hill Farm.
Feeding ourselves first has always been central to our farm’s mission. We raise our animals and grow our food with the same care and standards we expect for our own table. The farm stand will be another way to get fresh, high-quality food into the hands of the community.
What You'll Find at the Farm Stand
The farm stand will be stocked with a variety of high-quality products, with availability depending on the season and supply:
Whole Dressed Rabbit – Our flagship product, raised ethically and processed right here on the farm. Whether you're looking for a tender fryer, a classic table rabbit, or a hearty roaster, there will be options when available.
Whole Dressed Quail and Chicken – Raised with care and processed on the farm, offering a flavorful, sustainable alternative to store-bought poultry. Availability will vary.
Fresh Quail and Chicken Eggs – Gathered daily and sold at fair, consistent prices. Supply may fluctuate, and they tend to go quickly, so check in early for the best chance to grab a dozen.
Seasonal Produce – Homegrown vegetables, fruits, and herbs, freshly harvested and ready for your table. Availability will depend on the season.
Wildflowers – Fresh-cut blooms to brighten your home, offered seasonally.
Rabbit Manure – A gardener’s best friend! Our manure is a natural, nutrient-rich fertilizer that won’t burn plants and is ready to use. Supply will be first-come, first-served.
How to Get Your Food
We know convenience matters, so in addition to shopping directly at the farm stand, you can still pre-order online and choose how you’d like to receive your order:
Farm Stand Pickup (Free) – Place an order online and pick it up at your convenience.
Local Delivery (Small Fee) – For those in select ZIP codes, the farmer will bring your food directly to you for a small delivery fee.

The farm stand will be making its debut this April, so stay tuned for the official opening date. Keep an eye on our website and newsletter for the latest details—we can’t wait to share it with you!
We’re looking forward to offering this new way to bring fresh food to the community—see you at the stand!
